First of all, the location was absolutely stunning. Situated on a hill outside the city, I was treated to breathtaking views of the city below. It was so peaceful and quiet, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to assist me with taxis and even stored my luggage after checkout. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious and the restaurant served great food. I also appreciated the little touches, like the flannel sheets and the water cooler in the common area. a wonderful experience.
Nothing to complain about, everything was just right.

The location of this hotel was great. There was a nice view of the city from where we stayed. The breakfast served here was also good. We enjoyed the hot coffee and the local handicrafts on display. The room also had a space heater which helped keep us warm during the cold nights. It was also nice to have a common area where we could relax and enjoy the paintings and music.
We were disappointed that the hotel canceled our reservation and did not inform us until a week before our trip. We had to adjust our plans and find another accommodation for that night.

The views were incredible! Only a short taxi ride from the town center. The staff greeted us with big smiles and were very helpful throughout our stay. We enjoyed a delightful tour of the cultural center and gardens, and even had a special blessing with traditional perfumes. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and we especially loved the unique experience of the sauna with fresh herbs and cold waterfall showers. Sitting on the sunny patio afterward with fruit and granola was the perfect way to unwind. I highly recommend this hotel for its stunning views, friendly staff, and memorable experiences.
Although the room was cozy, it was a bit small and located near the stairs, resulting in some noise. We also found the laundry charge to be higher than other places we've stayed.
